Common questions
How do I know my hybrid battery is failing?
Common signs are the red triangle / "Check Hybrid System" warning, the engine running more than usual, poor fuel economy and the battery gauge jumping quickly from full to empty. Call us and we will tell you what the codes mean.
Repair, reconditioning or replacement — which one do I need?
It depends on the condition of your modules. After the diagnosis we explain the options and recommend the one that fits your car and budget.
How does the warranty work?
Replacement plans include 6, 12 or 24 months of coverage, limited to 1,250 miles per month of coverage — whichever comes first. If you have a problem, call us or send us a message.
Do you come to me?
Yes, we offer mobile service in addition to our shop in Davenport. Warranty visits are free within 20 miles of Davenport; farther locations are quoted before scheduling.
Do you work on cars other than the Prius?
Yes — Camry Hybrid, GM hybrids and other brands. Send us the year and model for a quote.
